We are looking for an experienced and strategic individual to drive growth and expand our global market presence.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial sales, excellent relationship-building skills, solid technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the heating solutions industry, a key factor in our business.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance our market share.

Build and continue developing solid relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Support sales organization through the development of strategic programs and sales campaigns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Collaborate with technical teams to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value of our heating solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, market trends, and business development activities.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of industrial heating solutions and related technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
