Position Summary: We are looking for a natural Sales Leader with the proven ability to grow a book of business in the transportation industry, while influencing and motivating others to perform at a high level. This candidate will act as a coach and advocate to develop and train a sales team while creating an encouraging and positive environment. The CSL will go above and beyond expectations to grow and mentor their team and will need to be energetic, creative and knowledgeable to overcome challenges daily. Day to Day Functions:
Conduct sales training for all new sales employees.
Conduct weekly & monthly sales meetings.
Create sales targets and track daily, weekly and monthly pacing based on projections.
Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members.
Manage the CRM, track data being entered and run reports as needed.
Ensure goals and expectations are achieved such as: phone stats, new customers, revenue, margins and other daily metrics.
Assist with customer quotes and execution of day-to-day operations including but not limited to building, booking and dispatching loads.
Assist with hiring process.
Communicate, train, and manage remote employees.
Additional Measurements and Expectations:
Individuals and teams are meeting/exceeding targeted goals.
Team’s margin dollars and percentages are maximized.
The efficient and effective conversion from trainee to Client Solutions Manager.
Continuous growth across multiple verticals.

Qualifications:
You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday
A College Degree is preferred.
Mcleod TMS experience is preferred but not a must
Team lead or management experience.
You must have relevant, advanced sales success in the Transportation Logistics industry.
Proven ability to energetically lead a sales team to overcome challenges.
Demonstrated success motivating a sales team to surpass daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Experience working with technology including Office products and specialized/relevant software platforms.
Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI systems and processes to support our logistics activities.Responsibilities:
EDI Implementation:
Analyze and assess client EDI requirements to determine the most suitable solutions.
Configure and implement EDI systems and mapping rules.
Test and validate EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
EDI Maintenance:
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI systems and processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Update and maintain EDI maps and configurations as needed.
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders regarding EDI-related matters.
Data Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in EDI implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
Proficiency in EDI mapping tools and software (e.g., Gentran, Sterling Integrator).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS).
Programming or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python).
