Legal & Graphic Design Associate (2nd Shift)

Williams Lea is hiring for a Hybrid Dual Document Production Associate, Sr./Creative Designer for our Wheeling, WV office to work Sunday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm!( denotes an “essential function”)​Perform document production and graphic design work according to established policies and proceduresThoroughly assess job request, identify correct process needed to produce documents and ensure appropriate completion throughout task lifecycleExercise independent judgment & use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proo, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production and graphic design requests to client satisfactionDemonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsAssist with coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within teamTroubleshoot more complex software or hardware problemsUtilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all assigned workMeet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all workCommunicate with peers, supervisor or client on job or deadline issuesHelp foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the clientHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationPerform Quality Assurance on work of othersTrain more junior staff membersAssist peer teams with prooing, design or other document production and preparation, as neededComplete other tasks and assignments as assigned by managementInteract with clients in person, over the phone or electronicallyAdhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policiesUse equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
