Plus more…ABOUT THE ROLE: The Lead Residential Care Advisor provides direct service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults. Service provision consists of teaching all appropriate living/social skills in order to enhance the person individual’s level of independence or helping the persons served maintain his/her skill level to possibly move to a less restrictive site. The Lead Counselor models and provides mentoring and will assist the supervisor with tasks, duties and paperwork as assigned. This person will have primary responsibility in the supervisor’s absence as designated by the site supervisor.
