This role will support our recruiting function and learning management system and report directly to the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator supports all essential HR activities, including employment verification, onboarding, preparing for new employees' arrival, new hire orientations, and coordinating client drug testing certifications.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:

UKG Pro Recruiting Support

Open, modify, and close requisitions.

Move applicants to the Hiring Managers.

Create offer letters.

Provide customer service communications for Hiring Managers & applicants.

UKG Pro Learning Management System Support

Upload courses taken outside the LMS system.

Maintain the LMS as the source of all employee training.

Handle the notifications for training renewal.

Verify Professional License & update the appropriate systems.

Other Areas as Assigned, Including

Onboarding

New Hire Orientations

Employment Verifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise mature judgment.

1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience

Strong customer service skills, including a sense of urgency.

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.

Able to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

Experience with UKG Pro

PHR or SHRM-CP

BS degree

Accounting Experience
