Heavy Civil Estimator

Position Summary:Clien is seeking a heavy civil estimator in the western Pennsylvania region to support their Heavy/Industrial Operations. In this role, you will assist in the development of competitive proposals based on accurate cost estimates including general conditions, self-performed work, and subcontracted work. The successful candidate will be able to quantify scopes of work, assisting in the development of General Conditions, and communicate effectively to gain a working understanding of RFPs, drawings, specifications, and RFIs.
