GTM recruiter (remote, contract)

We have an international dental supply client looking for a recruiter who can help them recruit for product roles. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for product-related positions within the dental supply industrySource, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for product rolesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptionsMaintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product positionsUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring processProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholdersFoster positive relationships with candidates, maintaining a professional image of the company throughout the hiring process
