Team members should plan to be in a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days per week in the office.CGI anticipates accepting applications for this position through November 11, 2024.Your future duties and responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into effective ETL solutions. Manage a team of ETL developers, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring. Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of ETL pipelines for various data sources and targets, ensuring data integrity and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and transformation issues, optimizing ETL processes for efficiency and scalability. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Ensure data security and privacy policies are implemented throughout the ETL process. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are met and delivered on time. Provide ongoing support for production data pipelines, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Stay current with industry trends, ETL tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:` Must have an experience working as a Technical Lead in the project. Must have at least 8-10 years of Informatica ETL development experience with good Oracle database background. Must have experience in Informatica Powerexchange and Powercenter, SQL, Shell scripting, UNIX/Linux commands Must be proficient in building data integration between systems/applications, building complex data aggregation, and transformation logic Must be proficient in data analysis Must be good on data warehousing Must have very strong experience with CA7 scheduling tool Very strong programming and debugging skills Reporting experience is highly recommended Very strong communication skills Strong Documentation skills required Strong Banking Domain knowledge is good to haveCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
