Job Title: Electronics Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our small engineering team. In this role, you will assemble, test, and repair electronic components and prototypes, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency in every task.Responsibilities
Assemble small to large electronic components from drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Wind heavy gauge wire and foil.
Solder wire and braise copper foil.
Handle materials, including large parts and components.
Operate cranes to position raw materials and finished products.
Assemble prototypes and small-run production of electronic components.
Apply insulation and connect wiring.
Test electrical parts and components.
Repair or replace defective components.
Cycle count components and finished parts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Soldering
Braising
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
3+ years of experience in electronics assembly
Experience in material handling and crane operation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology preferred or equivalent experience
Work EnvironmentYou will be part of a small engineering team, consisting of three members, working closely together to meet production goals. The role involves handling various tools and equipment, including cranes, and requires precision and attention to detail in a collaborative and supportive environment.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $58000.00Request a summary of benefits: Enclosed in offer letterYou will have two weeks of vacation in 2025 when you hit one year of service, and one additional day peryear will be added beginning in year 3.
