Assist in ensuring compliance with all environmental, and internal policies.

Serve as a change agent, fostering a positive EHS culture within the organization.

Assist in conducting environmental audits, tracking progress, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.

Strong understanding of all climate impacts to EQT.

Aerial surveys and continuous emissions monitoring.

Evaluation review and processing of data provided to EQT.

Data management within EQT's internal data systems.

Root cause analysis reporting, and third-party response.

OGMP2.0 support.

Planning and strategic planning.

Reconciliation between top-down and bottom-up inventories.

Report development, and implementation plan updates.

UNEP questions/requests response development.

Equitable origins and MiQ support.

Audit coordination and response.

Various support tasks.

Provide support for various reporting frameworks such as The Environmental Partnership, One Future, INGAA, etc

Leak detection and repair data QA/QC and organization.

Stack test data QA/QC and organization.

Intermediary between enhanced technologies (e.g., Context Labs) and EQT.

Support month-end close process for GHG Emissions.

This role will focus on environmental sustainability and greenhouse gas/climate initiatives. You will develop significant operations and procedural improvements to plans and policies, and compile and complete annual corporate sustainability reporting as it pertains to our operations.Required Experience and Skills:

2+ years of experience which demonstrates a thorough understanding of environmental regulations, compliance issues pertaining to oil and gas projects, and 3rd party contractor management.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a closely related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Demonstrated knowledge of the oil and gas business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver public speaking engagements/trainings and analyze/summarize data for report writing.

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently, while also working well and communicating with all levels of the team.

Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Strong detail orientation and organizational skills for accurate record keeping.

Possess a valid driver's license.

Ability to travel locally 10% of time - all driving distances.Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience with GHG emission accounting.

Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.

Ability to compile, compare, and summarize large datasets.Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
