Digital AnalystThe Digital Analyst will complete complex data integrations and analyses to provide the Dean's Office Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Enrollment MCRE team with automated reporting, insights, and recommendations to support business operations that drive the growth and efficiency of the school's enrollment marketing funnel. The candidate will research and analyze marketing performance and conversions across multiple platforms to help the team with critical decisions such as determining marketing budgets, selecting recruitment activities, and targeting prospective student audiences. The analyst will also work to collaborate with other members of the MCRE team to build and maintain visual dashboards that track key metrics, enable self-service data discovery, and help communicate findings. The candidate will report analyses, insights and recommendations to the team's leadership and other school leaders. Experience in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ChatGPT, and Tableau or similar software is required. A strong marketing background is preferred. Implement tools and develop dashboards to report findings
Regularly communicates data findings and recommendations to improve efficiencies
Stay up to date on latest tools and trends in data analysis
