Description Exciting Opportunity! We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a critical role in implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures that protect our data, systems, and networks. This is a contract to permanent opportunity. No C2C or Third Parties Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for orchestrating the comprehensive cybersecurity initiatives of the organization. Actively participate in responding to any cybersecurity-related incidents and leading the incident response process. Ensure robust security controls, protecting our organization's data and infrastructure. Work with multiple departments within the organization, performing daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication. Leverage your experience with vulnerability management tools to test and identify network and system vulnerabilities. Pave the way for the organization’s acquisition and adoption of new system enhancements to address any security related issues. Constantly monitor all in-place security solutions to ensure efficiency and optimization. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and end-user services teams to fully secure information systems and networks.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science in Information Security preferred or Cybersecurity. Minimum 5 year’s work experience in cybersecurity or information security. Valued Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CASP+, CEH, CompTIA Security+ Proven ability to plan, organize and develop IT security systems. Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, showing a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Awareness of trending cybersecurity issues and emerging threats. Proven ability to resolve security issues and understand network security protocols. Highly self-motivated, team-orientated with the ability to work collaboratively. Skilled in conducting research into security issues and products. Experience in working with OT or SCADA environments will be considered a plus.
