Job Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and management of a one credit course taught in person for the Masters in Speech-Language Pathology Program. The syllabus will be consistent with SHRS and CSD standards. Course content, assessment, and instructional mode will be consistent with the SLP Master's curriculum and accreditation requirements and will be guided by the Program Director to ensure the appropriateness of the content.
Applicant Requirements:
Individuals applying for this position will have a masters degree and/or Ph.D. to qualify to instruct students in a Master's in SLP degree. The applicant will have at least one year of experience as a practicing, licensed speech-language pathologist. Teaching experience is preferred, and clinical experience with tracheostomy, ventilator dependence, and surgical airway is strongly preferred.
