Works with systemwide management and staff to establish and track customer outreach and recruitment plans, goals, and activitiesDevelops and utilizes communication strategies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and informational materialsCommunicates up to date information to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to system partners, media, jobseekers, and employersEnsures strong virtual service options across the system to enable social distancingOversees systemwide social media activities – utilizing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other applicationsEnsures social media activities are conducted according to professional standards, in appropriate frequency, and aligned with consistent protocols across the systemEnsures the website meets professional standards, receives a high level of utilization, and provides access to meaningful information and options for virtual participationDevelops, maintains, and strengthens the online Learning Management SystemDevelops and maintains materials to communicate service delivery options and processes to the community through virtual and in-person mediumsFacilitates the systemwide Outreach Workgroup and provides updates to OperatorTrains and supports system staff on messaging and communication with potential jobseekers and employers seeking servicesConducts community outreach to identify and engage potential program participants in program activities.Makes presentations, both in-person and virtually, about systemwide programs to community groups, social service organizations, and other stakeholders to promote enrollment
