We're seeking a future team member for the role of Cash Management Representative I to join our Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Works closely within a team within an Agile Platform environment

This position supports Asset Account Services (Retained Assets, Demand Notes and Banking Transaction Services) to provide services to our clients per their contracts

The team also performs settlement functions and assists with researching and resolving out of balance situations within the team scope

Allocates customers work to medium-sized team of staff and monitors workflow to maximize productivity and quality to meet deadlines and daily goals

Works on special projects for the business

Performs day-to-day work when needed

Leverages a strong understanding of the Cash Management processes

Completes all reports as required accurately and on time

May be responsible review and approval actions

Responsible for the quality and completion of own work

Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Bachelors degree preferred

7-10 years of total work experience preferred

Experience in banking operations is preferred

Proficient data entry experience

Prior experience with analyzing data

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Prior experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
