Reports to:Manager of Technical Support and IntegrationPosition Overview:

This position will be responsible for leading various projects to design, develop, implement and maintain process maps. Ensure that processes are efficient, cost effective and align with our organizations long term goals. Works closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.Primary Responsibilities:

Designs, develops, implements and maintains process maps for various departments within the Bank. Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize the process.Applies lean process principles and process re-engineering methodologies to drive change.Works directly with department management to monitor and maintain the efficiency and performance of the various applications and processes are in compliance with all applicable regulations.Provides timely updates on project status, analysis and findings to management and stakeholders.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.
