Bindery Oper - Perfect Binder

RRD Pittsburgh Commercial Print is seeking an Experienced Operator for our Perfect Binder for our 2nd or 3rd shifts (w/shift differential!)Set up, adjust and operate a Binder containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments Inspect equipment for safety issuesMay operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogsMake needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machineDirect crew though all aspects of productionMonitor quality, output and productivityTrain other Employees as needed.
