As evidenced by our long list of repeat clients, we focus on specific needs to create strong relationships and consistently exceed expectations.Job DescriptionAECOM/Hunt has an opportunity for an Assistant Construction Project Manager for our exciting construction project at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.

Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.

Employee receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor.

Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.

Employee handles some unusual situations independently.

May interface with design team.

May work closely with BIM team and use modelling software.

May interact with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.

Assists with and monitors change orders.

May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.

Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.

Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.

QualificationsMinimum Requirement :

BS Construction Management and 2 years of demonstrated experience working in the field of construction or demonstrated equivalency and/ or education.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with building construction, electrical substations and underground electrical distribution.

Airport experience.

Experience in scheduling and managing subcontractors.

Experience with change orders, RFI, RFP, drawings, invoicing and other construction related documentation.

Experience with Blue Beam and Primavera P6.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

OSHA 10.

Offered rate of compensation Pittsburgh, PA will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $29.36 - $54.31/hourly.
