Full-Time CAD Drafter – Entry Level
Fifthroom.com, a growing eCommerce company specializing in outdoor structures, is seeking a full-time, entry-level CAD Drafter to join our team. This role involves creating technical drawings, collaborating with engineers and customers, and supporting our sales team on project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Create 2D AutoCAD drawings, including spec drawings, footprint layouts, and assembly instructions.
Review and interpret engineered drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with customers, engineers, and sales staff to clarify project details and requirements.
Ensure technical precision and consistency across all project documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (entry-level candidates welcome).
Basic construction knowledge is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
