The Behavior Institute is seeking full time employees to provide ABA Therapy to children with autism across multiple types of settings: school, home, and center based.
This position is great for people willing to work closely with families, follow specific written plans, maintain organized notes, and who truly enjoy playing and working with children. In this position, you will play a vital role in teaching children how to communicate, be independent, and be more engaged with their community. Responsibilities
In this position, employees provide direct ABA Therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Flexible availability
Maintain organized data and notes
Strong communication skills
Must have own transportation to and from clients' homes / center
Ability to pass background checks and obtain clearances
Becoming an RBT within 60 days of hire (The Behavior Institute will pay for course, and training + 1 exam).
Preferred
Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Previous experience with ABA Therapy
Coursework in ABA at an undergraduate or graduate level
