Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Taking customer information to generate work orders.
Meeting customers in the showroom for glass and shower enclosure selection.
Generating quotes, creating invoices, and receiving payments.
Working with suppliers for ordering.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Basic ability to work in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to type efficiently.
