Bookkeeper / Payroll/Office Administrator
Roofing Company located in the Russellton/ Cheswick area is seeking a Full-time person to perform Bookkeeping, Payroll and Manager duties.
Duties to include:
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and General Accounting Procedures (Quickbooks) Maintain Profit and loss reports and bank reconciliations
Process year end 1099-MISC
Payroll Input and Processing for Weekly Payroll
Maintain Employee Personnel Records
Manage Business Insurances and other contract renewals
Manage Healthcare Coverage employee enrollments and maintenance
Maintain Rental Property Financials and bill pay.
Maintain Office Equipment (Phone system, printers, etc.)
Assist in answering telephone and customer invoicing.
Monitor email inquiries
Assist owner in daily operations
Perform general Office Manager duties
Requirements:
Accounting Knowledge preferred
Experience with online/web based payroll processing
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office and Excel a must
Prior experience in office administrative experience
Exceptional organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills required
Experience in providing exceptional customer service
