EARTHRES, a Division of RESPEC, seeks an organized, proactive Project / Business Development Coordinator to support our fast-growing engineering consulting firm's growth initiatives and project administration processes for our Pipersville location. This role involves coordinating business development activities, supporting the administration of all phases of projects, and facilitating effective communication between clients, consultants, and internal team members. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of the engineering consulting environment. Primary activities include but are not limited to:Business Development SupportIdentify and track potential business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic planning.Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and qualification packages.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Coordinate client meetings, networking events, and outreach activities.Project Administration CoordinationSupport administrative activities across all project phases: opportunities, initiation, planning, monitoring, and close-out within the Firm’s ERP system.Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, sub-consultant agreements, correspondence, and progress reports.Assist in tracking and modifying project timelines, plans, and budgets.Coordinate resource planning meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Ensure smooth communication and coordination among project managers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Administrative and Operational SupportSupport the tracking of project budgets and financial reporting.Facilitate vendor and sub-consultant contract management and coordination.Provide general administrative assistance related to scheduling, correspondence, and data management.We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters.
