This role is for applicants looking for challenging opportunities and brings a diverse skill set to a team of highly motivated professionals passionate about operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide a 24x7 service environment within your area of specialization to a global client baseDevelop, implement, and maintain Information Technology infrastructureSupport and troubleshoot LAN & WAN connectionsActive Directory support, Group Policy mgmt. and troubleshootingApplication deployment through PDQ, SCCM, etcManage and maintain servers and virtualization technologies within scope of responsibilityScout and research new technologies for potential fit, focusing on continuous improvement and value to the business.Provide production support, including performance monitoring and trouble ticket resolution.Installation and wiring of computer and networking equipmentAnalysis of daily user functions to increase efficiency of users and applicationsLead or contribute to projects and be accountable for deliverables and successful implementation.
