LyonShare Marketing is seeking a motivated, and well organized professional to join our devoted agency team as a Marketing Communication Consultant/Account Executive. This position is ideal for an individual who embodies a diverse skill set, including strong oral and written skills to help manage and grow agency accounts, as well as create, track and manage multiple projects through the entire creative life cycle for our high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:

Formulate marketing strategies and creative ideas, including writing, editing and proofreading text for client projects (internal communications/emails, presentations, brochures, executive

communications, podcast scripts, video storyboards)

Serve as LyonShare Marketing liaison to develop and maintain successful professional relationships with clients and vendors (via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings, and text messaging) to ensure communication flows effectively

Develop meeting agendas, proposals/estimates and pitch presentations

Oversee full life cycle of multiple projects simultaneously, including delegating work to other members of the agency team (writers, designers, photographers, printers), prioritizing tasks, managing changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing project costs

Participate in weekly agency traffic meetings to strategize and brainstorm with internal team

Travel to and participate in meetings at client and prospect offices, when requested, and perform follow-up tasks

Team-player mentality with willingness to engage in other agency tasks outside scope of role to best meet the needs of clients in a small-business environment, including answering incoming calls, fulfillment/handwork for specialty direct mail packages, and processing shipments via online UPS/FedEx software

Willingness to be hands-on for specialty direct mail packages — packing, lifting, moving, and collating boxes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, English, or related field from a four-year college/university

1-5+ years of experience with an advertising agency or corporate marketing/communications department, preferably in copywriting, account management or project management functions, or equivalent experience

Highly-proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail

Local travel required. Must provide own transportation to travel to LyonShare Marketing’s office and client locations in tri-state area (PA-NJ-DE), as needed

Occasional travel outside the tri-state area may be necessary

Ability to occasionally lift and unpack boxes (up to 45 pounds) for specialty direct mail packages
