Hours and Pay:
Tuesday - Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
$24-26/hr

Requirements:
-Experience in dispatching, driving, or managing in a similar role
-Proven experience in managing a fast-growing team
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
-Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and strong computer skills (OnFleet proficiency is a bonus)
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
General Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of our delivery team
-Deliver by van or e-bike when necessary
-Plan and supervise delivery routes
-Lead the onboarding, training, and performance management of new associates
-Ensure quality and efficiency in last mile operations
