Candidates must have -
Minimum 3 years professional painting, carpentry, or trades experience.
Current commercial liability insurance.
Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor Registration (or be willing to obtain registration).
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, experienced work history, is honest and fully trustworthy.
