Job Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. Your responsibilities will include:

Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing pulleys, bearings, and repairing motors (including minor electrical/wiring work).

Conveyor Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot large conveyor belts to ensure operational efficiency.

Equipment Repair: Repair guards, screens, and other components to keep systems running smoothly.

Inspection & Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment inspections and follow preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Lift Operation: Operate lifts safely as required for maintenance tasks.

Work Order Management: Track work orders and manage maintenance logs in the system (MaintainX).

Inventory Management: Order parts and maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies.

Collaboration: Work alongside subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper repairs and maintenance processes are followed.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or mechanical work, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Certifications: Ability to operate a JLG/Genie areal lift and skid steer (experience/certification is a plus, but can be provided).

Additional Qualities: A-player attitude, Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
