JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring journeyman and apprentice level carpenters and subcontractors for residential construction projects. You will work on a variety of tasks, including framing, drywall, drywall patching, trim work, cabinet installation, flooring, doors, windows, siding, roofing, decks, and other custom carpentry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman carpenters minimum 4 years of experience
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and production
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own tools and safety equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work alone and with a crew
- Apprentices should be willing to learn, have a strong work ethic, and play a support role for the team. Minimum experience necessary.
- Drug and alcohol-free during work hours
- Work in a respectful and professional manner.
SUBCONTRACTORS:
- Licensed and insured carpentry subcontractors with a proven track record.
- Ability to provide references and examples of completed residential projects.
- Compliance with all local regulations and insurance requirements.
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with general contractors.
COMPENSATION:
- Carpenters: Competitive hourly wages ($20–$40/hour based on experience).
- Subcontractors: Project-based pay, negotiated per job scope.
- Benefits and PTO compensation available after a trial period.
