Certification in refrigeration is required
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities will include:
Assist in the installation, service, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety procedures
Must have sheet metal experience and be able to build duct work on site
Must have knowledge of low and line voltage electric
Must have knowledge of gas heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems and hydronic boilers/water heaters
Ability to safely climb ladders, work within confined spaces, lift heavy objects (over 100 pounds) and perform other physically demanding tasks
Must be positive and professional when interacting with the customers to ensure full customer satisfactionAt. F.T. Responsibilities will include:
Ability to install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Ability to independently manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
Independently perform routine preventative maintenance
HVAC troubleshooting - ability to answer customer questions and problem solve on the fly
Respond to emergency maintenance requests on nights and weekends (as needed)
Adhere to all company safety procedures
Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner
Oversee and manage service technicians
Drive a company vehicle to service calls in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Center City Philadelphia and New Jersey
Required Experience and Skills:
Must have knowledge of low and line voltage electric
Must have knowledge of gas heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems water source heat pumps, and hydronic boilers/water heaters

Oil burner service experience
Additional Requirements:
3+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
