We are a repair and maintenance company based in Philadelphia. We are hiring a repairman / handyman for full time, 40 hour week.
We do small repairs, primarily interior work. The most common work we do is carpentry, drywall patching, touch-up painting, mounting, doors, hardware, minor electrical and minor plumbing repairs.
The main things we look for:
1. High quality workmanship and ability to do multiple skills
2. Good work ethic and timeliness (actually getting work done properly and quickly)
3. Positive attitude
4. Good communication skills (ability to speak to clients and use our phone app to document the work).
With this job you will be driving from job to job throughout the day. Every day is different. For full time employees we guarantee a 40 hour week and we offer paid holiday leave / PTO.
