Is looking to hire deck builders in the greater Philadelphia area . Montgomery , Chester , Delaware , Lehigh counties .
We are looking for 2-3 man crews who understand the composite deck building process . Footers, framing , composite install , railing install , lights , azek and pvc trims .
We would want candidates to have van or truck with all needed tools on board.
All deck bits handy ( if you know you know )
Chop , table , etc.
We would want candidate to be SELF SUFFICIENT. Meaning if you are short a box of screws , you would go get them and we would reimburse you . Not sit in truck and tell us about it .
We pay well to build these decks, we would ask for you to help manage your crew, your time and miscellaneous items .
We are not into hanging over your shoulder while you work . We would expect anyone replying to this ad to be able to build a composite deck ground up .
Plans for build would be emailed to boss or foreman ahead of time .
Materials on site .
Can meet one of our guys on site day one to go over any questions on build .
We would ask candidate to dig their own footings and install stone under deck when needed . We can provide machine and even assist in this work when it’s a larger project .
We would want candidate to take pride in his work and keep a neat worksite .
We will pick up trash and demos or have dumpster on site .
This is a deck building job , but offer more in compensation if you were to know concrete , siding , soffit , underdry install , lattice and post wraps . Low voltage lighting . FIXED roof builds ( rafter detail , sheathing and shingles )
FLASHED CORRECTLY.
This is a 1099 position , would need w-9 filled out and candidate to have GL insurance .
We would pay 13-14 a sq ft to build these decks with added compensation anything outside of deck build .
We would like to see some pictures of your work and a brief description in what you are after helping us build decks .
Can set up meetings any morning early to go over our process .
