Established home remodeling company with over 25 years in the business is actively seeking a lead carpenter and carpenter. The lead carpenter is responsible for the successful, timely/cost efficient management and completion of assigned remodeling construction projects.
Position Requirements
- Must be motivated, self starter, detail orientated, highly organized with a positive can do attitude.
- Ability to interact and communicate well with clients, team members vendors, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge in all phases of residential remodeling and construction procedures.
- Good working knowledge of all related building trades
- Ability to supervise, lead and teach other team members
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
