Job Summary:
We are searching for a building/Apartment Maintenance Technician to help with the upkeep of our multi-family rental properties. In this role, you would perform independently both repair and preventative maintenance, so you should have skills and experience from all aspects of building construction. You will need to deal with plumbing or electricity issues. Some HVAC and appliance repairs may be needed as well. The ideal candidate would live within 20-30 minutes from Doylestown Borough. Hours would be M-F 8am-4:00pm.
Building/Apartment Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests
Turn over apartments after tenants move out
Conduct regular inspections for safety issues
Document all repairs made on our properties
Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
Building maintenance experience a must.
Knowledge& Experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry and painting,
Must be able to climb a ladder and work off of it
Customer service skills
Must be able reliable and punctual
Drivers license and a vehicle is a must (preferably a truck).
