Student Internship or Part-time Role
This internship has 2 main roles and a wealth of experiences:
Create user-generated content for our team to post on our TikTok, Instagram, and related channels. This means you have to have qualities to be an interesting spokesperson. You will learn about the app and create how-to's, do interviews with lenders launching on our platform, and you will come up with other content ideas. You will need to be creative, well-spoken, confident, and fun as a spokesperson on camera. You will work with our video editors who will work on your content before posting.
Public relations (PR). We will also teach you how to do PR (in the real world). Pitching stories to reporters etc. Our founders have pitched themselves onto the Today Show and hundreds of publications, we'll show you how it's done.
Exposure to start-up teams and culture. You will be a part of our start-up team. As part of our small team, we will expose you to product development, operations, and sales.
Requirements
Pro-tip. if you want to get the job, make a video and send us link to view. This will give us an idea of what your personality is like on camera. Don't add any graphics, do any editing, or spend a lot of time on this - just keep it simple. We really just want to see you explain something about yourself or our app - FOR NOT MORE THAN 30 SECONDS. We are not concerned that you get the facts right at this point! We will count this more than your resume.
A background in finance or real estate will be helpful, but not required.
We will be prompt in giving you a yes or a no. If a yes, we'll set up a video interview, that will last +/- 15 minutes.

Start-dates, Pay, Flexibility, Remote
This position will be largely remote (and can be 100% remote). We are flexible on start-stop dates and dates you'll need off. Plan on about 8 weeks of work. +/- $500 per week based on $15 an hour, plus we'll pay for any work expenses you incur. You can start as early as part-time during the Spring semester in school, or do a ‘normal’ start in June and work into early August. We can, but don't have to, meet in person on a periodic basis. If the latter, we can meet face to face if you live in the Philadelphia, PA region. When remote we will meet bi-weekly via Google Meet video calls and daily via Slack.
