Property manager and personal organizer for a private family in Haverford. In this combined office and housekeeping position, you will work primarily independently. A substantial part of this job is sorting, editing, and publishing family photos and videos when not working on other projects.Preference will be given to someone who lives within 20 minutes of Haverford. We are seeking someone interested in a long-term, multi-year position with a work history that demonstrates the tendency to remain with one company. Experience with Adobe software is a plus.
Your time will be split between the following roles:
(1) Property management and maintenance including managing vendors and projects.
(2) Housekeeping, organization, running errands, and some laundry and kitchen duties.
(3) Bookkeeping, scanning, filing, paying bills and using spreadsheets.
(4) Planning family travel and other projects.
(5) Organizing, editing, and publishing family and travel photos and videos.
We are seeking someone to work 24 to 40 hours per week. We are flexible, and you can set your hours and schedule but you must start each day between 8 and 9 am.
The starting salary is $22.00 per hour plus $100 per month to offset your healthcare costs. One week of paid vacation per year is offered after 6 months. Pay is every other week.
You must have a valid driver’s license and your own insured car. No smokers. An extensive background check and a non-disclosure (confidentiality) agreement are required.
