Our client located in Center City Philly is looking for a Help Desk Analyst. This is a full-time (non-contracting) position with a very stable company in a dynamic industry. They offer excellent salaries, full benefits and neat perks.
The position is hybrid. You will work remotely 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responding to and diagnosing software problems
System problem recognition, research and resolution
Requirements:
2+ years as an IT Help Desk Analyst
Experience handling 40-60 technical and non-technical calls per day
Solid experience with MS Office 2016, including Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
The ability to work overtime. They have a great overtime pay structure!
