At Gem Hair Studio and Education Center
, we are looking for motivated, education-based stylists and assistants to join our team who are in charge of their own book + clients, hours, money, etc.
Gem is considered a co-op of sorts- each stylist is in charge of their own hours, book + clients, money, competitive and high commissions for the stylist. Meg (owner of Gem) empowers each member of the Gem Team to be their own entrepreneur and grow their own brand under the Gem name.
Meg has over 30 years of experience in the field as a color expert who specializes in blonde services and color corrections. Meg is also a global trainer for a color line based in Italy. She continues to strive to learn the latest techniques and bring them back to her team.
There will be monthly opportunities for free in-salon education where members of the team can work directly with Meg to perfect the techniques they want to work on. Meg will help mentor you to find your passion and what you want your future to look like as a stylist!
