As a Solar Sales Consultant Representative for Save On Solar LLC, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean, price-protected power. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in solar sales and technical knowledge will help clients make informed decisions about their energy needs. Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and educate them on solar solutions.
Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
Develop customized proposals that outline the benefits of solar energy for each client.
Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
Represent Save On Solar professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery Storage in your area
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.
Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales or technical sales environments.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

1099 contract

Work Location:
Remote, virtual or in person. We are located In Maryland and do a majority of solar installs in Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We also do installs in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington DC and Virginia currently.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $150,000 - $350,000+ per year
