Sales Representative

About the role
Our company is growing rapidly, and we are searching for experienced event sales representatives. This position will work closely with the CEO of the company and the candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on networking, sales, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential clients and follow-up on leads
Work closely with clients to create a seamless event, including planning and logistics
Sell packages to clients via in-person, online, and telephone
Maintain customer relationships
Drive sales and booking strategies to achieve company goals
Location & commitments
Office located in Jenkintown, PA
Five days per week
Weekends/evenings as needed for event expo’s/meet and greets and showcases
Candidate requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated and target-driven individual
Prior knowledge of CRM software preferred
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Compensation
Base salary + commission + quarterly bonuses
