Jay Ann is the largest post-mastectomy and compression company in the Tri-State area, and we are growing rapidly. On a daily basis, you will be contacting existing clients to process reorders for their breast care and/or compression products. With your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, empathetic understanding, and knowledge of our business, you will be responsible for ensuring their orders are processed successfully.
Your day will include:
Calling clients to ensure reorders are timely processed.
Using product knowledge to inform customer of costs and any additional information needed by customer
Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and forms
Completing an intake packet with order information and entering data into the company’s software system
Printing delivery documents, as well as scanning and electronically filing all documents into the client’s file
Updating reminders in the software system
Answering questions from clients regarding product information and/or directing them to the person that is best able to assist them
Completing all other duties that are assigned to you
You need to:
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Possess a professional demeanor and phone etiquette
Be a team player who is positive, independent and enjoys working with the public.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer functions.
