Join our dynamic team at RoseChild Services, LLC as a Door-to-Door Sales Manager for the Nordic Energy campaign and take advantage of our lucrative commission structure, per diem ramp-up pay, and growth opportunities!

Compensation:

-Commission: $90 per sale per commodity (electric or natural gas)

-Override: $10 on each agent's sale under your team

-Per Diem Ramp-Up Pay: Up to $250 weekly

-Payouts: Weekly payouts on accepted utility enrollments

Responsibilities:

-Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

-Lead and mentor a team of door-to-door sales agents

-Present and promote Nordic Energy's utility services to potential customers

-Enroll customers and ensure all utility enrollments are processed accurately

-Submit weekly sales reports detailing your progress and sales figures

-Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets

-Proven leadership and team management skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Previous sales experience is required, preferably in a door-to-door setting
