Waterpro is growing. We are seeking a water mitigation specialist.
The skills needed are very similar to Security office or police office.
This position will be an onsite inspector and supervisor. Someone with common sense. Someone with communication skills and able to objectively evaluate a situation and determine an appropiate course of action.
You will meet with customers and explain the restoration process. You will scope the water damage and direct the lead technician to perform in the scope of work.
Water mitigation manager/estimator
You will be trained in scoping water damage and supervising water mitigation.
You will be trained in insurance estimating software.
Valid drivers license.
Some college helpful.
