Piper Companies is looking for a Chief Data Officer for a leading healthcare technology organization in the Philadelphia, PA area.
THIS IS A HYBRID-REMOTE OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities for the Chief Data Officer:• You will Reporting to the CEO and be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end data management strategy and operations to support the largest, most diverse data ecosystem in the U.S. Qualifications for the Chief Data Officer:• 15+ years of prior experience and proven track record in IT strategic leadership with an emphasis on high-complexity data management• Solid experience with and understanding of SaaS, Information Security, Customer Data, and integration of IT systems, including from M&A activity• Strong understanding of complex data management, including advanced data architecture and data management principles to build and master a single integrated enterprise data set • Proven knowledge of relevant healthcare data sources including but not limited to pharmacy, medical claims, EMR/EHR, lab data and other source types• Experience understanding the needs of RWE /RWD (Real World Evidence/Real World Data), clinical and commercial analytics teams and how data can support their studies • Demonstrated understanding of current-state data privacy and security tools and methodsCompensation for the Chief Data Officer:• Compensation is up to $350,000, 20% bonus, and Equity options!• Direct Hire, Hybrid-Remote Opportunity• Comprehensive Medical benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, and PROKeywords: healthcare, EMR, medical records, medical data, data, healthcare data, electronic medical records, healthcare technology, direct hire, full time, hybrid, hybrid remote, data strategy, end-to-end, data ecosystem, data integration, deployment, data operations, data quality, data governance, data delivery, C-level, data officer, Chief Data Officer, executive leadership, executive level, data management, intake, scale, partner data, HIPPA, privacy layer, algorithms, data security, data integrity, data usability, rapid availability, efficiency, equity options, equity, bonus, SaaS.
