All the Dogs is a small, family-owned/operateddog supply shop in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA. We're looking for a store manager to help organize and grow the business in a relaxed, joyful environment.
She/He/They will be responsible for:
providing stellar customer service and product knowledge
procuring inventory and supplies
inventory management
merchandising
social media marketing
general shop upkeep
She/He/They will be the liaison between vendors, landlord, service contractors, external partners and owner. They will also participate in the hiring process of an additional store associate (TBD), at which point, managing schedules to ensure continuous shop coverage will be their responsibility.
The ideal candidate:
Loves people and dogs
Reliable, organized and creative
Tech and social media savvy
1-2 years of management experience, preferably in retail
General knowledge of business operations
Available weekends and periodic extended hours
Working Hours (approximately 25hrs/week to begin; possibility for more hours):
Wednesday - Friday (11:00am - 5:00pm)
Alternating Saturdays (11:00am - 4:00pm)
Alternating Sundays (11:00am - 3:00pm)
