We are a small real estate company hiring an experienced, energetic, and self-sufficient leasing agent to join our team in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
Show properties to potential tenants
Create leases
Screen applicants’ qualifications
Conduct walkthrough after tenants move out
Make sure properties are ready for tenants to move in
File eviction and attend court hearing
Go to municipal buildings to get permits, resolve violations
Should be flexible to assist the rest of the team members when needed
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of experience renting and leasing properties
Have experience evicting tenants (optional)
Know how to use AppFolio Property Management Software (optional)
Have good customer service skills
Must be a self-starter and motivated to work without supervision
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Must be able to work after hours or on the weekend for showings
Must have reliable transportation
