friendly Apartment Building has maintenance and/or carpenter positions available.
Qualified individuals possessing a valid driver’s license,Vehicle , clean background, a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience .
Must be familiar with all phases of apartment maintenance, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electric, carpentry, Flooring and appliance repair. Duties include, but are not limited to: Make-ready and repairs/maintenance of occupied/vacant units, plumbing and electrical repairs, installation of kitchen cabinetry and appliances.dry walls Must have clean driving record. Must be able to lift and lower heavy objects (75lbs) and climb 30 ft. ladders. Must have friendly &personable disposition & interact well with co-workers, & residents. Must be able to identify & prioritize work load & complete all work in a timely & professional manner. Must be able to read & write English and Spanish & can keep records & complete all work-related forms. And most important, must take pride in your work and do what it takes to get the job done!
