If you are already a licensed agent that would be a plus. If not licensed you must be willing to get a license with us. Responsibilities:

· Assist Broker and Staff with appointment scheduling, help new and experienced Real Estate Agents where necessary, input on social media, emailing, texting, and other communication methods for events and meetings.

· Identify new talent through phone screenings, ensuring they are qualified candidates and would be a successful addition to the team.

· Maintain and develop relationships by presenting the benefits and opportunities available at URE and staying in contact with potential candidates.

· Identify the Applicant’s needs and help them plan their career.

· Through job boards, print and social media, place job postings to reach potential Real Estate Agents

· Help agents with their social media presence, help them address their specific career needs.

Learn and run the conveyancing of real estate transactions for sellers.

The Skills and Experience You will Bring.

· Must have or be willing to get a Real Estate license.

· Real Estate Experience preferred; but will train the conveyancing role requirements.

· Strong multi-tasking skills to assist agents and staff.

· Entrepreneurial drive.

· Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

· Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with others.

· Assertive and enthusiastic.

Computer Skills

· Technology proficiency with MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Experience in setting up Zoom meetings.

· Social Media experience.
