We are hiring an administrative assistant to help in our busy real estate developer's office.
The following are the tasks:
1. Call utility companies to set up utility services
2. Assist the property managers in showing and listing properties.
3. Answer calls
4. Assist the property managers and project managers with their tasks
The candidates must have the following qualifications:
1. Have a car
2. Know how to use Excel and Microsoft Words
3. Strong communication and problem solving skills
4. Must be able to work independently
