DEALBREAKER Must be able to work on weekends from approximately 10am-2pm on Saturdays and 5pm-9pm on Sundays. Would be working at office in Yardley for the most part and sometimes Northern Liberties.

We are rapidly expanding and would like to hire quickly.

Up to $20/HR+

Experience with ideally all or at least some of the following skills or functions:

-EXTREMELY ORGANIZED

- Accounting software

- Salesforce

- Incoming calls/ Outgoing calls to handle things like scheduling appointments, jobs, interviews, meetings, ect

- Excel at thinking on your feet while remaining calm under pressure

- Good experience with the google suite of products like Sheets (excell), email, drive, ect

- Needs to have a good idea of where the majority of cities /towns are on a map surrounding philadelphia and most of of

new jersey.

GHS is a company that focuses on making homes more energy efficient, servicing NJ and PA. We are currently looking for a personal assistant to the Owner and/or administrative assistant to the office. Prefer experience, but can train you if you are a fast learner that doesn't make the same mistake twice. Applicants should have great attention to detail and drive to complete work quickly.

Requirements:

Must be hardworking and reliable

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A fast learner with working knowledge with computers and basic enterprise software

Is able to professionally and politely communicate clearly to our customers and employees
